Founder & Manager

As a Patent Attorney, a Lawyer and a Scientist, Rona brings vast interdisciplinary knowledge and experience in Intellectual Property law and practice.

In 2004, Rona established the firm with a vision of creating a modern Boutique Intellectual Property House for inventors. A place where they can realize and maximize the fruits of their creative genius, in a friendly and yet professional environment that puts the inventor and his specific needs at the center.

In 2006, Rona was the first Israeli Patent Attorney to graduate the at the WIPO Academy, believing that IP should be handled in a strategic and extensive attitude in order to make the most out of it.

Rona specializes in patents drafting and prosecution, construction of IP strategy, national and international Patents, Trademarks, and Designs registration, and Trade secrets protection. She is well recognized for her skillful management of IP portfolios and her inter-disciplinary knowledge providing her in-depth ability to analyze new materials. She has an extensive experience in working with scientific teams as an in-house consultant, and maximizing IP value.

In the course of her professional career Rona established the IP Departments of Homavox Ltd., a break-through technology company engaging in the Wireless Charging field, Anima Ventures, a private incubator, and twelve of its sub companies, the IP Department of UltraShape Ltd., a leading Israeli Medical Device company in which she served as a VP of Intellectual Property. Before that, Mrs. Zango-Eshel worked as a Patent Attorney with two renowned IP law firms in Israel Eitan, Pearl, Latzer, Cohen-Zadek Law firm, and Ben Ami & Associates and gained a significant experience while working as an In-House Patent Attorney in Quark Biotech Inc. and XTL Bio, two leading Israeli Bio-tech companies.

Rona holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Biology (cum laude); LL.B. and LL.M. in Law (cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University; and Practical medical devices Engineer diploma from the Tel-Aviv College. Rona is a member of the Israel Bar Association, AIPPI, INTA, and AIPA.
